He specializes in promoting international partnerships in advanced microelectronics, semiconductor design, and AI hardware. Based in Dresden, Europe’s largest semiconductor cluster, Pascal works closely with industry and research institutions to foster investment, innovation, and collaboration. His focus includes energy-efficient AI solutions and fostering transatlantic partnerships. Pascal holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law and is responsible for strategic investor outreach in North America and Northeast Asia.
