A certified medical coder, fraud examiner, and auditor, she has a proven track record of improving healthcare efficiency and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse across various roles and affiliations, including the Texas HHS and Anthem.

Tom is a teacher, turned economic analyst, turned enterprise software revenue leader, turned fitness entrepreneur. After graduating from Vanderbilt with a dual degree in Spanish & Economics, Tom spent a year teaching English to high schoolers in Spain and then two years as an economic consultant at Cornerstone Research. Wanting something completely new, he then jumped to marketing software platform MediaMath where he did global enterprise deals, ran an EMEA & LATAM revenue team out of London, and eventually built and ran the global agency team. While struggling to find a practical and enjoyable fitness routine as a revenue leader for a major tech company, Tom got the idea for Ergatta, partnered with his two favorite ex-colleagues and built the world’s first gaming-enabled cardio machine.

Backed by a strong academic background in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences, he has built and led the exploit of large, distributed risk management compute systems for some of the most complex financial derivatives.
Leveraging his knowledge of cryptography and investment banking privacy issues, Cédric then moved onto founding Société Générale’s Blockchain Lab in 2015.
