Marni joined Croda 13 years ago as a Graduate Trainee, where she rotated through various positions in Personal Care, including Applications, PVCS, and Sales. Her current role involves managing all aspects of Personal Care Applications and the team, as well as the activities of the Croda Inc. Salon. Marni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing from the Rutgers Business School.
