Alex Fleetwood is Chief Solutions Architect at Vaire Computing, a deep-tech startup pioneering near-zero energy AI chips based on reversible computing. A serial founder with multiple successful startups under their belt, Alex has built and scaled interdisciplinary teams at the cutting edge of AI, hardware, and systems design. At Vaire, he is responsible for strategic partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and leading engagements with hyperscalers, government agencies, and foundries.

Sakshi Naik
Sakshi Naik is an AI Consultant at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she leads the development of ethical and impactful AI solutions in healthcare. With a Master’s in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in IT Engineering from Mumbai University, she brings deep technical expertise across data science, machine learning, and AI infrastructure.
Sakshi is also a recognized voice in AI policy. She has advised U.S. Senators and Members of the House of Representatives on the future of responsible AI and serves as Secretary of the IEEE Connecticut Section. As a member of the IEEE AI Policy Committee (AIPC), she actively contributes to shaping national and global frameworks for trustworthy AI.

Ingolf Held
Ingolf Held is co-founder and VP of Product at EUCLYD, an emerging leader in datacenter compute solutions. Prior to Euclyd, Ingolf was CEO at GrAI Matter Labs, a fabless semiconductor startup offering the world’s first neuromorphic Edge AI SoCs for advanced audio and video processing. Upon acquisition by Snap Inc. he led the custom silicon program for the company’s augmented reality glasses roadmap. In addition, Ingolf held senior engineering and marketing roles at Intel, Silicon Hive, Synopsys and NXP. He holds an MScEE from Erlangen University in Germany and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management.
