Ratna leads Food Innovation at Benson Hill, supporting R&D and commercial activities by connecting composition, functionality, nutrition, and sensory to genetics using Food Digitization. She was previously the Global R&D leader for Specialized Nutrition at IFF, focusing on strategy, technical and market readiness for pediatric nutrition and medical nutrition. At Solae/DuPont, IFF, she had responsibility for research strategy and execution (Protein business), science translation & influencer engagement across the health science portfolio (probiotics, fiber, and proteins), and technology and innovation efforts for the Human Milk Oligosaccharide (HMO) platform.

Jonathan Loesing
Jonathan is the CEO and founder of Rex. Rex is a Berlin-based startup building and operating design-forward, tech-enabled veterinary clinics from scratch.
Prior to founding Rex, Jonathan worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Here he focused on M&A and digital business building in healthcare. Before McKinsey, Jonathan co-founded the fintech startup Forexfix.

Diederick Potgieter
Diederick is a senior technical specialist in capital management at the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), Bank of England.
His role, as part of the Supervisory Risk Specialists at the PRA, is to provide technical expertise and support to the supervision of UK regulated banks through risk & capital adequacy assessments (ICAAPs/SREPs), the Bank’s financial stability objective through the modelling & analysis of stress test results in the Bank’s annual stress test programme, and support to the further development & enhancement of prudential policy.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Statistics and his specialties include credit risk, operational risk, concentration risk, model risk management, capital management practices, stress testing and economic capital frameworks. Before joining the FSA/PRA in 2011 he was Director of Capital Modelling at Barclays bank.

John Bowman
John Bowman, joined IBM’s Chief Privacy Office in October 2022 with a primary mission to deliver client success and drive growth in IBM, including advising on enhancements to support regulatory compliance, helping to create a deployment framework, and commercialisation of select CPO assets. Previously, John was a Senior Principal in Promontory, a Business Unit of IBM Consulting, having joined the company in 2014. John’s client engagements included managing privacy change programmes, preparing applications for Binding Corporate Rules, helping organisations prepare for regulatory audits, and advising on issues of risk, compliance, and public policy. Prior to joining Promontory, John worked at the UK Ministry of Justice where he was Head of EU and International Data Protection Policy. In this role, he served as the UK government’s lead negotiator on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). John served on the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) European Advisory Board 2019-2020 and has over 25 articles published on privacy-related topics.
