Grant Antoine
Dr. Grant Antoine is a naturopathic doctor passionate about patient empowerment and education.
He brings this passion to Viome where he believes the marriage of technology, systems biology, and the human microbiome provides individuals with an unprecedented resource of practical and actionable health insights.
The accessibility of the Viome platform also provides the means to impact the health of many more individuals than could ever be possible through traditional, clinical practice.
At Viome Dr Antoine is involved in clinical trial design and the development of nutritional and supplement interventions for Viome’s user recommendations and efficacy studies.
Dr Antoine holds a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and later attended Bastyr University of California where he earned his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree. He attended naturopathic residency at the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute at the University of California, Irvine where his training focused on integrative primary care.
Aryeh Ganz
Aryeh founded Cornucopian Capital with the vision to make impact-driven investments in innovative food and health technology companies. He’s also a co-founder and managing partner of Barnstorm Foundry, a Bay Area-based venture studio focused on building 2-3 companies per year in the food and health sectors. Through Barnstorm Foundry, Aryeh forged a groundbreaking relationship with the Innovation Institute for Food and Health at UC Davis, both sharing the mission to improve everyday health through better, innovative food solutions. Aryeh is also the founder and principal of SAGEN Trust Company, Inc. (“SAGEN”), a private family office operating since 2001 after his family’s sale of Slim Fast Foods.
Alex Wolf
Alex Wolf is AF Ventures’ COO, where he manages the firm’s daily operations, including accounting and tax planning, IR, business development, marketing, and recruiting. Additionally, he assist with new investment sourcing and heads up post-investment portfolio initiatives. AF Ventures is a consumer fund investing in emerging growth stage businesses across food & beverage, health & wellness, personal & household care, beauty, and pet. AF Ventures has deep connectivity throughout the consumer-packaged goods ecosystem having been an early pioneer in the space and growing the franchise over multiple funds.
Prior to joining AF Ventures, Alex worked in non-profit development. Alex holds a Masters in Food Studies with a concentration in sustainable food systems from New York University and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the Parsons School of Design at The New School.

Sungyong Kang
Sungyong Kang, an S.J.D. (Ph.D. in Law equivalent) and Esq., is working as a Criminal Intelligence Officer at the INTERPOL Financial Crime and Anti-Corruption Center where his main duty is to coordinate the international cooperation to trace, freeze/seize and confiscate the criminal proceeds. Prior to joining the INTERPOL, he worked as a researcher and an adjunct professor at the Korea National Police University where he focused on the financial crime exploiting new technologies, such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Metaverse, etc. Before then, he was an investigator of Korea National Police Agency, and he successfully investigated diverse high profile financial crimes leading his team to be awarded as the best investigation team in Seoul.
Sungyong Kang is an author of many legal researches published by renowned international journals including International & Comparative Law Quarterly (Cambridge University Press), Michigan Journal of International Law (forthcoming, Michigan Law School), etc. He is also a frequent speaker at the conferences organized by respected international entities including FATF, UNTOC, Basel Institute on Governance, EUROPOL and INTERPOL, etc.
