Dr. Rosalind M. Holmes is a Patent Attorney at Boehringer Ingelheim responsible for global patent, license and contract matters in the new chemical entity team, particularly for Immunology & Respiratory programs. Originally from the UK, Rosalind has a doctorate in DNA repair mechanisms and in 2008 was trained in IP law by a Frenchman at an American company in Germany. Her career to-date spans (bio)pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, cosmetics and excipients. In addition to her qualification in European patent litigation from the Politecnico di Milano, Rosalind is also a Solicitor of England & Wales and a certified AI Governance Professional.
